Account Cancellation and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the Qubyxo service, you may raise a service cancellation request by sending a documented email to us.
- Refunds apply only to unused validity.
- A 5% administrative fee will be deducted from the paid amount.
- Refunds are calculated on a prorated basis.
- Approved refunds are returned to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Money-Back Guarantee Exclusions
The money-back guarantee does not apply to Trial Pack, One Month Plan, and Hourly Plans.
Our Client Policies
Rescheduling: Sessions can be modified up to 2 hours in advance and must be rescheduled within 15 days.
Account Pauses: No-deduction breaks for holidays require at least 24 hours' prior notice.
